What is HACCP Food Safety?

Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP) is an internationally recognised method of identifying and managing food safety related risk. It can provide customer, the public and regulatory agencies assurance that a food safety program is well managed.

HACCP is a management system which food safety is addressed through the analysis and control of biological, chemical and physical hazards.

Not only are we qualified, we are also experienced.                                                                                                                                                                                                                     With training completed in Food Safety, the next step was to complete HACCP training, with these qualifications I have worked as a Quality Assurance Manager in the meat industry for the past 6 years. 

ROE6 has written multiple HACCP / Food Safety Plan Manuals, implemented and trained staff to the work instructions and have completed audits with a number of governing bodies. 

We are able to provide support to maintain the food safety program and train staff on CCP’s (Critical Control Points), to ensure the Food Safety Program is maintained and compliant for auditing.
